Health insuranceThe Capital Group offers you and your family a choice between two collective health insurance plans, in Switzerland or in France. Both our plans provide comprehensive medical coverage (including dental and vision) and are available to you as of your first day of employment. You are free to choose among several options, yearly, the level of coverage that best suits your needs and those of your dependents. The Capital Group reimburses you up to a maximum capped amount, which we commit will be no less than 80% of basic coverage, plus first level of supplementary coverage for you, and 40% for each of your dependents. Medical check-upAt the Capital Group, we promote prevention and therefore offer, in addition to our health insurance benefits, reimbursement of up to CHF 1’000 per medical check-up to eligible associates. Life and long-term disabilityAs part of your overall benefits program, the Capital Group provides long-term disability benefits through its accident insurance and/or pension plan and offers three basic group life insurance plans at no cost to you (through Accident Insurance Plan, Pension Plan and Travel Accident Insurance Plan). You may choose to purchase supplementary life insurance through a group insurance scheme arranged by the Capital Group. Accident insuranceYou’ll be covered from your first day of employment for work and nonwork related accidents, with 100% of premiums paid by the Capital Group. |
