Pension planEach year, the Capital Group contributes 15% of your pensionable earnings (base salary, bonuses and overtime, up to an internal maximum) to a personal, portable Stakeholder Pension plan, subject to company and HMRC limits. Associates are automatically enrolled on the first day of employment and are not required to contribute to the plan. However, personal contributions can be made if you so choose. The plan offers low charges and a wide range of investment options, including certain funds managed by Capital International. Investment fund purchasesAssociates and their eligible family members may invest in preferential share classes of the Capital International funds. These carry no sales charge or distribution fees, and the minimum investment amount is waived. |
