Wellness at Capital

Our wellness program encourages associates to participate in health-promoting activities and provides an opportunity for them to earn an annual $400 taxable wellness reward.

Legal assistance plan

Associates have the option to participate in a legal assistance plan that provides associates and eligible dependents with professional legal advice and representation for personal routine legal matters for a fixed monthly fee.

We know that not everyone's life fits into the same schedule. We try to help associates balance family needs and work with flexible hours when business needs permit.

Commuting and parking subsidies
